Pasta - PICI
A very large type of spaghetti madee by hand, and a specially from Siena and Chianti area. Pici are made with flour and water, with no egg. Traditionally they were eaten with briciolata or old bread broken up into crumbs and fried in olive. Tradition has in that Pici originated in Etruscan times
